Purest raw material

Highest Quality Composition Brass is used by PENGUIN to produce Defect free Castings. Use of high Quality Brass with High content of Copper, Low Lead not only produces defect free Castings but also is environmentally safe for use. Not to mention, the raw material is 100% recyclable.

Foundry

PENGUIN uses Automatic Core Shooters machines to make Sand Core to ensure smooth, variation free castings repeatedly. The High Quality Brass is Melted down in Furnace and then moulded into the suitable shape using Sand Mould Die Casting Techniques to ensure Optimum Casting Products. The necessary metallurgical composition is ensure using Spectrometer Analysis as standard to ensure highest quality.

Moulds

Creating an ergonomically appealing faucet design is not only a Science but Art as well. State of the Art Designs are developed by PENGUIN which are not only simple and practical complying to defined standards but also ergonomically convenient and has extremely pleasing appearance by use of 3-D Modelling applications, Automatic and precise CNC & VMC Machine centres. PENGUIN Team also boost of successfully developing special Custom designs asper specific customer requirements for years.

Casting

With Exacting Metallurgical Composition melted in Furnaces, Molten Metal is poured using Gravity Die Casting Techniques in the Precise Moulds to produce Flawless Casting for various shape, sizes per Order requirements.

Machining

State of the Art Tool Room equipped with various manual and automatic precision Special purpose machine Centres are used for precise Drilling, Boring, Turning, Tapping, Punching, Threading operations ensuring systematic and fast pace quality production.

Leak testing

Leak testing of each and every Faucet/Mixer/Fitting to test the water tightness after Casting and Machining Processes. A pressure pump fitted with a calibratedPressure Gauge set at pressure is used to Hydro Test each faucet at early stage to ensure top quality and highly reliable fittings are passed guaranteeing trouble free Performance.

Grinding & Polshing

Only the best quality abrasive materials and machines are used for grinding and polishing to ensure perfect mirror like surface finish for the best visual appeal of tap ware. Use of Hand Polishing by an experienced workmen matches to none to produce smoothest surfaces of Tap.

Eletrcoplating

Use of PLC controlled Electroplating Plant ensures Optimum Nickel Coating of 13 micron and Chromium Plating of 3 micron deposited on each Tap for the lasting, corrosion resistance and lustrous finish on each PENGUIN tap.

O-Rings & Assembling

A great attention is paid in selecting and using components like O-Rings and bottom seat Gaskets which are made of highest Quality Exclusive Virgin Rubber produced in digitally controlled production plants and tested for highest durability. The use of these High Quality O-Rings and Gaskets is critical in maintaining tightness of each faucet and are resistant to both wear and temperature deformation ensuring prolonged use of faucet without undergoing any changes whatsoever. Each part/tap after going through Casting to Machining and Electroplating processes to pre-defined standards are finally assembled using best Quality and Tested O-rings and Cartridges using various pneumatic and manual tools by an experienced workmen for final inspection and packing.

Visual inspection

Each and every Tap undergoes Final Inspection before being packed. Any Faucet with even slightest of mark/smudge etc. is rejected at this stage to ensure Only Best all round tested quality of tap with produced to pre-defined parameters and uncompromised qualityis packed for customer use.

Packing

Each Faucet is wrapped and packed in a sturdy corrugated boxes individually to ensure safe and protected delivery to the final user through various logistics channels.
